This Tuff Weigh TUF-1000 portable scale by On Balance is a very durable, tough portable scale which weighs up to 1000 gr. accurate to within 0.1 gr. There is also a 3 year warranty included for your peace of mind.
The TUF-1000 is designed with a rugged plastic case featuring rubber grips in order to prevent it slipping from your grasp. This portable scale also boasts an extra-large 14 mm. digital display set against an orange back-light for extra clarity.
In addition the TUF-1000 also has six weighing modes - grams, ounces, troy ounces, pennyweights, carats and grains. The detachable stainless steel lid, measuring 76 mm x 59 mm, also doubles up as the weighing tray. The Tuf-1000 has a variable Auto-Off so that you can adjust the length of time the scale spends idle before the unit shuts down.
The TUF-1000 also features overload protection and is supplied with 2 x AAA batteries.
